Getting started

How does the trial work?

You get 14 days of full Pro plan access. No credit card, no commitment. Use the time to import data, test processes, decide. After 14 days your account goes read-only until you pick a plan — nothing gets deleted.

How long does implementation take?

Small team (<20 users) — basic setup in 48 hours. Full implementation with data migration from a previous system takes 4-10 weeks depending on complexity.

Who helps with implementation?

Starter: docs + email support. Pro: dedicated consultation hour weekly for 4 weeks. Enterprise: full implementation team drives the project.

Can I try only selected modules?

Yes. Each tenant enables only the modules they want. CRM, Finance and Tasks are always active in the base plan. Others can be toggled in settings.

Security & compliance

Where is the data stored?

By default in an EU data center. On Enterprise you pick the region — EU, US, or your own cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP).

Are you GDPR compliant?

Yes. Every tenant has its own database, which simplifies right-to-be-forgotten and data export. We sign a DPA with every customer — available on request.

How often are backups taken?

Continuous backup (point-in-time recovery) with 30-day retention on Pro, 90 days on Enterprise. Plus a daily snapshot stored in a second region.

Is SSO available?

Yes, on Enterprise. We support Azure AD, Okta, Google Workspace, generic OIDC. Pro plan includes Google and Microsoft integrations.

What is the SLA?

Starter and Pro: 99.9% uptime, 8h response on normal-priority tickets. Enterprise: 99.95% uptime, 1h response on P1, 4h on P2. Credits issued if breached.

Modules & no-code

What does "no-code generates real columns" mean?

When you add a field in the UI ("customer number"), Avenit runs ALTER TABLE ADD COLUMN in PostgreSQL. Your data lives in real columns, not JSON. You get speed, indexes, constraints, and full SQL query power.

Can I add my own module?

Yes. The no-code builder lets you create your own entity (cst_*), with fields, views, forms, automations. No coding. Produces a full module with menu, permissions, and reports.

What kind of automations can I build?

Triggers: field change, record create, delete, cron. Actions: email, webhook, record create, field update, API call. All configured visually.

Does Avenit have a public API?

Yes. REST and GraphQL with OAuth2 and PAT tokens. OpenAPI docs generated automatically. Webhooks for every system and custom event.

Billing

How is the plan billed?

Monthly (in advance) or yearly (20% discount). Credit card (Stripe), bank transfer, or invoice (Enterprise).

Do I get a VAT invoice?

Yes, automatically at the end of each billing period. You can change billing details any time.

What happens if I cancel?

You export all data (CSV, JSON, SQL dump) without restrictions. The account stays read-only for 90 days, then is deleted. You can always come back without losing history.
